They do make it clear no touching when you contact them. And you have to agree with that rule before you can even proceed with the session . A lot of providers don’t let you touch them if you do HJ only. Many also cut you short of your time. Anita used to also end the session in the 30 minute mark dwspite me paying for a full, hour.
