I don't know if that's AI stealing from this site or I'm the inspiration. She requires 35%-45% deposit for bookings, which is A LOT even if she is legit. I wouldn't, but that's just me.

I love that question. "What city are you in"? Duh. The same one your advertising in. Usualy shuts them up.
