Who runs the phone at Four Seasons?

I’ve never seen a mamasan there, so who’s answering the texts and calls? Is it just one of the girls on shift? I ask because if it is one of the girls on shift, I may not want to be as frank with feedback.

The owner’s name is Cici. I also don’t believe I have ever met her in person.

I know her as Cindy. Elsa also answers the phone when she is there.
