Green Thai or another MP?

I'm looking for a nice massage (love thai massage) but would be nice to have something more than a HJ. Does Green Thai do BBBJ or CBJ? Or have they gone legit? Also, how do you ask for it? back in thailand it was very open so it was easy to ask, not sure about north american places. Any suggestions on how to be respectful in approaching is appreciated. Sorry if this has been asked. I searched the forums and can't get a specific answer to what I'm looking for.

Ask about extras. It is a YMMV situation. She was trained in Thailand. She knows the drill
