If it's a meu item of theirs, they usually have a selection of costumes for you to choose from. If it is not a menu item, and if you bring your own lingerie/costume, usually the SPs will wear it for free. I have not once had an SP reject me. However, it has happened once where I asked and the SP asked for $40. If you want to make sure for yourself, you just pass on the request to the SP through their handler, before you meet up with her.
