numbers that accompany names of providers to disambiguate

Moderators, how do you make the names of providers unambiguous? I see numbers accompanying names in some posts. Where do I look up these numbers? I used to put in the providers website or TL/LL link, but these are verboten.

I have the same question. Since website links are not allowed, it would be helpful if someone could explain where to find these provider numbers and how to use them correctly.

I believe links are allowed to LeoList or paid members' (SP or aka Lady in Red) website. The numbers generally refer to the last four digits of a provider's phone number. Name, 1234, LL; is the provider; last four digits of phone number: LeoList. Name, 1234, OM; is the provider; last four digits of phone number: OhMy. And so on.

four digits are the last of the phone number. 1234 Vanessa is Vanessa with the phone number xxx-xxx-1234. That's another person compared to Vanessa 2345

I still haven’t received any proper clarification yet

No need to be rude about it. I didn’t know that search trick, but thanks for explaining it. Click to expand... Man, you had two explanations and still continued to complain no one helped you. "proper clarification?" You have been on the board a year and a half. If checking to see if you are trolling is rude to you, you are really going to have a bad time when you keep asking questions that have already answered in the 411 forums and elsewhere. Might be time to put on your big boy pants and develop a thicker skin.
