They know this is an unacceptable behaviour and let it be known . Everyone handles things differently and I have a way of wording things (as we all know) that can and will stop idiot behaviour . Sessions begin with subs before they show up . I ask myself questions when I was not able to properly command the respect of someone . I use different methods of communicating . Sometimes blunt is good and other times being good and I mean very very good at listening will make this issue you had not so much an issue because sometimes it's what you don't say creates enough confidence for a session to go great from start to finish . It actually in a way worked very well, because I was so fired up when I talked to a certain PERB member on the phone last night to plan our session for today! Also, I have to say that my 9 pm visitor benefited greatly from my previous agitation as well! ;-D I agree with you about sessions starting before they begin too. In hindsight, here's some insight...IT IS POSSIBLE that this unfortunate incident might be related to a little disturbance yesterday between my tenant and his mom.
