What to do with threats

Hello, A friend of mine who works received a threatening phone call saying he was going to rob the SP's in the Burnaby area soon. Number: 604-377-71** If my friend doesn't want to go to the RCMP with a victim statement, is there any other mechanism to anonymously inform them? Thanks.

Their right to privacy ends the moment they make overt or implied threats to your safety. And I agree with Miss Melody: screening is very important, and references help! The ones who mind the screening process are the ones you probably don't want to see anyways... Be smart, be safe.
