List of countries with IP addresses blocked by perb?

Sometimes while travelling/on vacation, providers have not been able to use their paid status on Perb to post ads because the IP from those countries is blocked. Is it possible to get a list of these countries so potential advertisers know whether or not they should renew their status before travelling internationally? Thanks!

The admin can respond, I don't think PERB blocks any IP's other than those of trolls, and some VPNs used by trolls. It's much more likely the country or ISP or hotel chain where you are staying is blocking PERB, which the board has no control over. DataValet is one service that I am aware of (used in airports and other places) that blocks PERB, but not all the time. In addition to asking here, you should also check into the policies where you are going.

I'm trying to remember the exact error message I got last time I was blocked (in Hong Kong, using data not wifi). It was an error message on Perb that said something like "The Administrator has blocked your IP address" Thanks again for any help [:)]

If it says that, with PERB headers/colors on the board, it was on this end. The Datavalet page when blocking tells you access to the site you are trying to access is blocked, and there's usually a reason like pornography, or escorting listed. FYI to all, only admins can block IPs, complaining to or asking a mod about it is not normally very useful, as we don't have access to that part of the control panel.

I have started getting my IP blocked here in Thailand using ethernet, this is the first time I have logged in in awhile, a couple of months ago. I have no problem logging in thru Wi-fi with my cell phone or using VPN on the same network. Here is the error message I get. Error 1008 Ray ID: 51bc80215837dd1a • 2019-09-25 11:01:30 UTC Access denied What happened? The owner of this website (perb.cc) has banned your IP address (184.22.212.78).
