What's the official time limit on necroposting?

Like the title says. I am advertising again and would like to comment on some of my mentions on here. Is there an official amount of time that has to pass before we get in trouble for bumping an older thread?

The new forum has a feature to auto lock threads at a set date. Once it is installed, you couldnt post even if you wanted to. For now, no necroposting please
