My ad is abundantly clear that I only see female clients. I get many troll like inquiries that are very similar leading me to believe they’re from the same small number of trolls. In general, it’s harassment. I’m thinking Ash made a mistake this time and forgot to conceal his number with one of the apps. I got a call from my own phone number once. One of those "west jet perfered customer" scams. Got a laugh that they called from my own number. lol
