Old thread I got banned

Hello, I have a few times searched something and commented on an old thread and got banned to avoid this I was wondering what is the time line to not comment or reply to an old thread to avoid being banned? I looked under the rules and there is nothing there Thank you in advance

I believe the time limit is 6 months. If you want to comment on an old thread, create a completely new thread on the same subject. In the new thread you can include a link to the old thread.

#1 - you necro posted 4 times to get banned, it doesn't happen the first or even second time. #2 - look at the date of the last post. Add 6 months. If that is behind you, DON'T POST THERE. Start a new post and link to the old one if you really need to. #3 - it is absolutely in the rules. READ THEM. #4 - also note that in the rules, publicly questioning the mods decisions is against the rules. Send a PM. Thread closed.
