Where's a good place in Vancouver to stock up? No greasy XXX shop with 25 cent peep shows please. Looking for more of a sex toy boutique, not sure if they have those in the city???

try the Art of Loving on 5th (at burrard) very nice selelction, knowledgeable staff...run by John and Vera.. or Ultralove or Loves Touch on Davie... tell them Derek sent you whereever you go.. *S*

I have been to Womyn's Ware before but I want more selection on books and just to see something new. Thanx for the advice!!!

for Books....Little Sisters on Davie is the best... but TAOL have lots of books also...

Try the Love Nest in North Vancouver. It is owned by a lady named Carolyn Syme who is a colleague of one of my best friends. It is not a greasy place and they do specialize in stuff for couples from what I remember.

I went into Womyn's Ware when it first opend and the womyn scared me. I sort of know what the blacks felt like in Selma.

The shop across from Metrotown is another Love Nest.

You could also try Source Adult. Not only a large selection of videos and dvds, they also have many mags, toys and accesories.

The blonde lady is Erica at the shop on Davie and shes a sweetheart..

There is also a good store in North Van at the Lonsdale Quay upstairs.

ToysRUs is also a great place..DOH..sorry wrong kinda Toys..lol

Re: Stocking up... Dear Jasmine, Check out the Art of Love at Burrard and 5th. Really a wonderful place. I fell in Love with the blonde that helped me out with stuff. And of course the brunette I have met there as well. Don't know their names, but really good folks willing to help you expand your horizons. *S* Great staff and a wonderful selection. They have some seminars as well. Great for couples and of course stuff for singles. Makes the Art of Loving way more fun. And my other favorite spot is on Davie. Ultra Love as Derek mentioned. Very helpful, and no need to feel bashful. It's all fun and games as long as no one looses an eye. Later, bobsled.
