What about 1 Bdr does not compute

hello, sorry for the confusion, I wasn't sure how to describe the unit, the bedroom and the living room are the same room but it is seperated from the rest of the suite by a door. I should also mention that the suite is sub-basement, but there are windows in each room. Rent is now $900/month the 6 month lease still applies.
