Whats the difference between the upstairs and downstairs location, if any? Is it possible to get a gauge on the approximate age of the providers here and how their looks compare to SL?

Looks like per the daily schedules posted the ladies rotate between both. There doesn’t need to be a comparison. SL is a completely different type of shop and has 10 or more ladies working at any time time. The biggest difference is type of service. At SL you can and will receive pretty much anything your imagination desires. Smart Spa is half service only. SL has all shapes and ages. Smart has older ladies as in milfs.
What's the fee for smart spa?

Are the rates in the daily post all-inclusive, or is an additional tip expected? If there is a tip, what's a typical amount?
I've always added $20 over the years I've patronized the place.

Mixed bag, depending on the day of the week, and the personality of the provider. Later in the day service is not quite so spontaneous, no doubt due to tiredness - the work is physically demanding after all. When starting a considerable time ago, money matters were handled discretely, with full focus placed on quality of service. Over the past year there has been a dramatic decline. Now a number of the ladies have been away on very extended vacations for month on end, leaving the remaining ladies more pressured to do more and keeping firm time limits. Forget quality service, they became more worried about the next client arriving or answering a potential new customer (terrible business practice -you are guaranteed money from the client on the table, and probably none from the phone caller). The one lying there, who is paying for their sessions, is almost an afterthought with the provider working on automatic as fast as she can to move on to the next person. Ladies, in the long run, treating the regulars, who are almost guaranteed to bring you more money than some random caller whi is just wasting your time, and you, in kind, are wasting your client’s time and money. I realize this is an overgeneralization, and does not apply to every provider. In my experience it is the older, highly, talented ladies that keep closest to provision of quality of service models. There seems to be a lot of bickering behind the scenes and the ladies appear to show poor trust in one another. More than once I’ve listened to my provider putting down some of the others and fishing for a little gossip about them from me. Not professional in the least. In a high quality classy business, dealing with dirty laundry should be dealt with out of the sight of clients. (The only exception is Lucy who advises newcomers to try everyone there, beforensettling for any one) You see all sorts of reviews that appear to be describing completely different places. To some extent that can be explained by the fact some clients will relate better to some of the providers and vice-versa, so some will get better reviews, others worse. The official perspective is this is a massage and H/E place only. This claim seems to be reiterated in many reviews, written by long-term clients. It is simply not true. And I wander if saying HE instead of FS is an attempt to fool authorities they are not as bad as all those FS services when in fact both are equally illegal. Extras do occur, but probably not with every client or by every provider. Depends on the client/provider relationship, how long they have known one another, size of extra fees and so on. Recently I have seen mentions of one provider upselling, which is apparently forbidden. To avoid losing their own customers, other providers may be forced to compete.I don’t care about upselling if a business wants to operate that way (where I would never go to) but it should be banned totally or have everyone on the same page. More than once I have been lied to by one provider, enticing you into other activities, just for you of course if I did this or that. Promising to meet up with you elsewhere, becoming special friends, (all I suspect for more financial compensation, the BS of liking you far more than any other client etc. The lie I was disturbed by the most that she denied FS with any other clients, a claim I knew to be false, and was encouraging me to fully partake, without any concern about health problems that could result. Trying to upscale or seduce is one thing, putting someone else’s health, her own, and every other client is serious matter. To counter the negativity above, this place does offer a higher quality of service than others in Richmond, and the prices are signicantly lower.. But prices have been going up and sessions are shorter, which can accurately be described as shrinkflation.. It is deceiving when paying for 45 minutes you actually get 30 minutes, and even then only if the provider isn’t constantly taking phone calls or leave the room to someone who is using up the time you time is paying for. They say 10 minutes is for shower. But when you get off the table the provider disappears so all services end, but you pay for nothing. Smart needs return to it highly effective origins and reset itself as provider of first class services. Most men who go there are not just after the obvious. Their sessions are about fulfilling a fantasy. not just a sexual one. In it the provider makes them feel they are a very special guest, That a woman us excited to see him, both emotionally and sexually, which is a huge boost to his ego. Having a woman listen to him talk unconditionally and without interrupting is special. The fantasy that the provider wants to be with him and serve him more than anything. King for an hour! Impossible to feel special if she keeps answering phone or leaves the room like they do at all those couldn’t care less classless place where you are no more than a breathing ATM. Old timers might tolerate it, for a while but will eventually tire of it. Newcomers certainly would not tolerate it. Smart has lost sight of its strengths, and trying to get back its status by competing with other establishment, which in thevend will destroy it. Looking at the future it is gazing in the wrong direction. Smart is the Tim Horton’s of massage. Survived and thrived for decades serving just the basics of coffee and donuts. In their foolishness they decided they had to compete with the myriad of sandwich places out there. They forgot that if customers wanted to go to sandwich places they could have. But, no, they wanted coffee and donuts and so kept going back to Timmy’s. Being stupid Timmy’s decided to spend millions competing with businesses it did not have to compete with, lost many long term customers, and has been on the verge of bankruptcy ever since. Smart is cutting back on the very services long time clients go there for. Smart, learn from Timmy’s, and I am not suggesting a free coffee and donut with each rub. and please fix the booking system. Calling in the morning on the same day is ridiculous and you have lost a lot money from me because of lack of planning. Again it all about class of service and convenience.

That wasn’t as much a review as a wishful thinking list. You’re wanting perfection from any MP and it simply doesn’t exist (including everything else in life). Your post belongs in the Lounge rather than directed at any particular MP. Smart provides a good service with good value. Each lady is different in service, looks and attitude. Pick those you like or try another place. The price is also right. The booking is good but not perfect. Same with other places. Have some patience, enjoy yourself and you’ll be that much happier. 🙏

All his posts have been about Smart only. I smell something bad. Either he’s a customer who didn’t get his way after one of the ladies refused his demands or he’s a competitor. Or maybe a disgruntled ex employee. No matter. He’s been outed.
Debate is great. The wider the range of opinions, the greater the possibility of things improving for everybody. There is nothing in my opinion that has not been complained about by many others here before (phone answering, walking out etc. But for debate to be useful it needs to be rational and have some basis in reality. Attacking the speaker (or in this case writer) , is the lowest type of logical argument and isusually used by those who either are unaware of logical types of argumentation, lack the ability to form coherent logical counterarguments, or whether to distract by arousing emotions through the throwing of insults, all the while ignoring the real issues. For those who do that though I applause how wildly imaginative and speculative and off base they are about who the writer is. For example the newbie put-downs. Have you forgotten newbie refers solely to length of time in this group and make no claim about life experience in many areas over considerable time. Just anotqher tiring boring divide and conquer approach that needs to change. The focus should be on the concerns I, and others, have expressed over time about the direction the place is going in. If we didn’t care about the place or the ladies we would not be wasting our time raising these concernsq. Disagree with what another writes to your heart’s content but try to be adult about it and argue rationally and reasonably based on reality and actual experiences and keep the wild fantasies for the great novel you hope to write one day. Expressing concerns is not an attempt to bring down a business or to express a grudge. It is an attempt to let the appropriate people know we love what you do but are afraid the direction you are going. It is called giving feedback, which is crucial for a business to survive. One way to deal with it is go somewhere else, a valid possibility. But the more people who do that the greater the chance of their favourite place going under because management will have no idea qwhy their numbers are going down and that denies the chance of turning things around. Not all the comments were of the insulting variety, which means I read them as I pass by the insults that offer nothing of any value. Some made some good points and food for thought, and others I strongly disagreed with but respected what was said because they were trying to solve the problem and not create one. It’s a New Year folks, time to pull up the adult big pants and remember each of us have the capacity for reasonable arguments, worthy of respect, even if we don’t agree with those made by others, and help reach resolutions by keeping focussed on the core issues rather than tangential fantasies and wild imaginations. We all have the ability to do that but just forget we do because it demands a little more effort than throwing out childish insults. Happy New Year, and may your dreams and fantasies come true. Enjoy!

They're making the best out of the situation. Or at the very least, try to understand. There are enough reviews for anyone to get a good understanding or what they're walking into. Each lady is unique and sexy in their own way. Find the one you like and stick with her. I've been to smart for many years. I've had great experiences and some not so good but I keep going back. It’s the best deal in town by far, no risk ever of bait n switch and the ladies all look after themselves physically and are made up impeccably. Do they have bad days? Probably, don’t we all but I’m sure it’s very rare and not a game changer!! JMOFWIW…..
I ended up seeing Rebecca today (merry Christmas me). Not much intel on her other than she gives a very good massage, which she does. If you told me she is 45, I’d agree but if you told me she is 31, I’d also agree. Yeah a great massage. Other than she decided a certain square inch of my back needed to be punished. Ive had this before and I could have said enough but they’re the experts. For some reason, we clicked tonight and did some things you won’t see on ABC or CBS but NO fs! Respect boundaries. She’s very slim, quite so actually but with proper small bolt ons. There. Proper Rebecca review
