All that tells me is that market value is dropping like a rock!!! Given the mediocre card I'm not surprised.

I have been offered over market a couple times now. These are not the best seats in the house but they are much more affordable than others you will see advertised on CL & in the paper. I wouldnt even pay the PayPerView price to watch the lamest fight card in UFC history.....

Pretty much my thoughts on it as well. Rampage-Evans would be a much better main event. Machita - Rua was interesting while it lasted. Carwin- Lesner is the only real fight I'm all that excited about. GSP against Anderson Silva would also get my attention, as would Anderson against Rua. Assuming the Anderson that wants to fight shows up for either of these events.

Just the fact that this is the first UFC ever to come to Vancouver is novelty enough to draw me. I'm a UFC fan & seeing it live is something I have always wanted to do - now it's in my own back yard. If you are a UFC fan then this is the best opportunity to see it live regardless who's on the card. - K

That's a matter of opinion. I'm a UFC fan, in fact I'm a Pride fan, and a boxing fan, but the card matters, when you're talking this kind of $$. I personally was hoping GSP would be on the card. A good ol' Canadian from Quebec who's in the top 3 p4p, along with Fedor and Silva. Montreal seems to attract extremely good cards.

Maybe this will help the west coast to attract more quality on the card if the show is a success for Zuffa Ent.?

I guess my concern is if a card like this will sell out so quickly, why bring in the big guns? Hell if they really wanted to impress this market they could have had the Evans-Rampage fight here..that would have sent much more of a message as to how valued we are. But the good news is there's no reason to think we're not going to get more fights in the future, cause given the wages these fighters are likely getting, the UFC is going to make a killing off this fight.
