crazy question for the ladies...

Let's be honest, it's a small town. I've had experiences where I thought have recognized some of you from events & things around town only to confirm, (by happenstance & not by being a weirdo), by booking. My assumption is that making a date is the preferred arrangement, but is there a way to casually you know just say hi?
