Coco Spa/Mansion1- Very close call..

My brain up top kept telling me don't do it, but little brain down below really misses the old Broadway Spa...I thought I would try going to the new place on 7th even with the Bad location. I parked the car a block down and started walking up 7th going east and as i get close I see 2 parents form my kid's school on the coffee shop patio Right NEXT DOOR….Fuck me…without missing a beat I go into the coffee shop get a cup of coffee and come out to the patio, sit down and say hello….weather blah blah..kids..blah blah I have a dentist appointment down the street…. I sit for about 15 minutes and then say "its getting close to my appointment and gotta go"… walk back to my car parked around the corner, get into my car, sit for a second and let out a very long exhale…Drive off and say to myself Never Never Ever Ever Again… Message to CoCo spa or Mansion 1, whatever the F you are called now. : Listen to all this Feed back from your most consistent target customers! Move some Girls to Rainbow and advertise the schedule daily and watch business grow. You picked up a good part of an amazing roster of talent from Broadway spa use it wisely before the girls start finding other shops.

Close call man. Same reason I haven’t dipped in there. I don’t know the building well, but if there’s a back door possible please open that up!!!!

I’ve seen Sandy there twice. Love the inside, sweat bullets going in from the outside. Always go after 6-7pm. Same with Spa Paradise… and they do have a back entrance connected to the alley.

Even if the coffee shop is quiet there’s offices across the street, with workers at every window. The location could not be shittier!!!!

I went once ( under previous ownership ) I spent the next 2-3 weeks completely paranoid that someone in a nearby apartment or office must’ve seen me or even someone working or shopping in the area and in my head all I kept imagining was the rumours circulating about me walking into the sketchy Asian parlour , as my life as I knew it completely unraveled . One hour of pleasure for 2 weeks of anxiety and stress , Never again !

Terrible location. I know Freya is on the corner on Cambie, but not a great location either IMO.

Guys, this isn't a review. It's an anecdote. They are located where they are, it's up to you how to approach the place, and certainly not their fault someone you know was close by. Closed.
