Review Coco Spa (ex Mansion 1 and Broadway)

It's time for me to make my own small contribution to this awesome forum, which has been really helpful to me over the past few months. Let's talk about Coco Spa (formerly Mansion 1 and Broadway Spa). The location is the worst of all. The door opens directly onto a fairly busy street and right onto the entrance of a hair salon. In short, we’ve seen better 🚫 There is a fairly high risk of running into a customer at the lobby as the girls or mamasan doesn't check for you if you can leave without being seen. Their schedule is very tight so no time to lose 🚫 Inside, there are three tiny rooms. One of them doesn’t even have a shower inside, so you have to go out into the hallway without being seen before and after the session. Great... There is a sauna. You may use it but I don't know how 🚫 One major downside: the listings on LL aren't updated as frequently as those on Broadway. They're often from the day before, with no new additions. Plus, when you call, the person on the phone isn't very helpful—they just list the ethnicities but not the names. Too bad 🚫 Regular prices stay the same : 150/30, 180/45, 220/1h. Good point ✅ As for the girls, it’s pretty decent, with some high-quality former Broadway girls. - Japanese Mia is always a safe bet. Adorable and kind, she opens up and enjoys herself when you know how to please her. I really like her. She might be advertised as Miya sometimes... ✅ - Japanese Sara is another sure bet. I've been seeing her for a long time, but I've never been disappointed. She likes to be pleasured gently. She is very sweet ✅ - Italian Canadian-born Alessa was a huge letdown. She's very pretty but doesn't really put her heart into it. She offers only the bare minimum, and everything else is optional. I didn't connect with her at all, but you might get lucky, especially if you like big, enhanced breasts. I didn't vibe with her at all. Sad 🚫 I miss old Broadway spa. Unfortunately, Coco Spa is nothing like that. Hope the girls will stay... Let us know your thought and experiences in there. Cheers mate

I saw Alessa last week. She has a really pretty face, but was wearing a lot of baggy clothes - which should have been a red flag for me. When the clothes came off it revealed large enhancements but not in a good way. And the rest was too curvy for me.

Any ides how old is Mia and Sara?

Saw her once when she was at Broadway but can't remember what she said her age was. OP- thanks for sharing some intel on Alessa. Was interested in her but maybe I'll pass unless other folks have any other feedback and reviews on her.

They also asked me to leave my shoes at the front and wear these plastic slippers inside which was gross. So you spend extra time by the front door unlacing and again relacing your shoes.

walked in on Sunday. Place seemed quiet. Mamasan was very affectionate- like Nicole at Sole but even more so. 3 girls in the line up. Chose Sandy. Guesstimate early 30’s. Tall. Natural big B’s or small C’s I’d say. Slim. CSP. Minimal English. Friendly and takes direction well. No kissing which was maybe just as well as offered rimming which I declined so I don’t know if that was an upsell or not. $150 for 30 mins. Definitely left satisfied. Drawbacks are the lack of a back entrance for sure especially as it’s now a busier spa than before (presumably I just happened to go when it was quiet) so I likely won’t go often because of that. They do the best they can with a room/shower arrangement that isn’t the best - if it’s busy I think it’s not great. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s a nice place I think

To put inspective on how Sara looks and vibes. Pretty identical to Sharon from Jay and Sharon.
